Systemat Belux is a limited company under Luxembourg law managed by a Management Board made up of six members. Pierre Focant assumes responsibility for the general management of the Group (CEO). Vincent Schaller is responsible for commercial policy (CCO).

Born on the 2nd May 1968, Pierre Focant is a business engineer and graduated from the "Institut d'Administration et de Gestion" at the UCL (Université Catholique de Louvain) in 1993. Pierre Focant, who has more than 15 years experience as a successful manager and entrepreneur in the IT sector, is the Chief Executive Officer of Systemat Belux.

Represented by Vincent Schaller, CCO of Systemat BELUX S.A. Born on the 6th October 1967, Vincent Schaller graduated from the "Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales" (ICHEC) with a degree in economic and commercial sciences, in 1991. Vincent Schaller is the Chief Commercial Officer of Systemat Belux and is responsible for the commercial strategy of the group.
